Agile Development Basics
Agile development is a method for executing software projects in small, coordinated action teams. In this work style, we minimize the use of artifacts, increase responsiveness to business requirements, and nimbly move work forward. This course describes the Agile manifesto and provides examples of the basic elements of Agile Development Methodology. It explains how agility is used by the Labor Department, using specific tools and products to enhance quality and speed time to market.
